Fleety – Restaurant Partner Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of restaurants ("Restaurant", "Partner", "You") on the Fleety Partner Platform ("Fleety", "Platform", "we", "us").
By registering on Fleety, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Fleety's Service
-Fleety is a technology platform that facilitates food ordering and delivery.
-Fleety does not prepare food and does not control restaurant operations.
-Restaurants operate independently and are solely responsible for food quality and compliance.

2. Eligibility & Compliance
-You must be a legally registered food business.
-You must maintain valid:
-FSSAI License
-GST Registration (if applicable)
-Local permits
-You are responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Menu Pricing & GST
-All menu prices listed on Fleety must be inclusive of GST.
-Restaurants must not add GST as a separate line item.
-Prices shown to customers represent the final food price.
-Fleety does not collect or remit GST on behalf of Restaurants for food sales.
-Restaurants are solely responsible for:
-GST filing
-Tax remittance
-Menu accuracy and availability

4. Commission & Platform Fees
-Fleety currently does not charge any commission on food orders.
-Restaurants receive the full food order value (inclusive of GST).
-Fleety may charge delivery or platform fees to customers.
-Any GST applicable on Fleety’s platform fees is charged to customers and remitted by Fleety.
-Fleety reserves the right to introduce commissions or subscription models in the future with prior notice.

5. Order Flow & Acceptance
-Customers place orders and payment is processed immediately via Fleety’s payment gateway.
-Orders are forwarded to the Restaurant only after successful payment.
-The Restaurant must accept or reject the order within 5 minutes of receiving it.
-Accepting an order confirms:
-Item availability
-Pricing accuracy
-Ability to prepare and hand over the order in a timely manner
-If the Restaurant does not take any action within 5 minutes, the order is automatically treated as rejected and refunded to the customer.

6. Order Cancellation & Payment Flow
6.1 Payment Processing
-Payment is processed at the time the customer places the order.
-Orders are forwarded to the Restaurant only after successful payment.
6.2 Restaurant Acceptance Window (5 Minutes)
-The Restaurant must accept or reject the order within 5 minutes.
-If the Restaurant rejects the order within this window:
-The order is cancelled
-A full refund is initiated automatically to the customer
-If the Restaurant does not respond within 5 minutes:
-The order is auto-rejected
-A full refund is initiated automatically
6.3 Cancellation After Acceptance
-Once an order is accepted by the Restaurant:
-Food preparation is deemed to have commenced
-If the Restaurant cancels the order after acceptance:
-The full order amount is refunded to the customer
-All associated costs arising from such cancellation shall be borne by the Restaurant, including but not limited to:
-Rider fees
-Fleety platform fees
-GST applicable on platform fees
-Any other operational charges incurred

7. Refunds
-Refunds may be initiated for orders cancelled or disputed due to reasons including, but not limited to:
-Rejection by the Restaurant
-Auto-rejection due to no response within the acceptance window
-Incorrect order prepared
-Missing items
-Incorrect quantity or quality of food
-Inability to fulfill the order as accepted
-In cases of missing items, incorrect quantity, incorrect food, or quality issues, the Restaurant shall bear the full cost of the refund, including food value and applicable charges.
-Fleety reserves the right to deduct such amounts from the Restaurant’s future payouts.
-Refunds are processed to the original payment method used by the customer.
-Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and banking systems.
-Fleety is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI networks, or payment gateways.

8. Food Preparation & Handover
-Restaurants are responsible for:
-Food safety and hygiene
-Proper packaging
-Timely handover to delivery partners
-Any tampering or unsafe practices may result in immediate suspension.

9. Ratings, Reviews & Performance
-Customers may rate and review Restaurants.
-Fleety may monitor ratings and operational metrics.
-Persistently poor performance may result in corrective actions.

10. Suspension & Termination
Fleety may suspend or terminate Restaurant access for:
-False or misleading information
-Repeated order failures
-Excessive post-payment cancellations
-Legal or safety violations

11. Limitation of Liability
-Fleety is not liable for:
-Food quality issues
-Kitchen operations
-Loss of revenue or profits
-Fleety’s liability, if any, is limited to platform fees paid (if applicable).

12. Changes to Terms
-Fleety may update these Terms periodically.
-Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
-Governed by the laws of India
-Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka

14. Account Deletion
- You may request to delete your account at any time through the App:
- Navigate to your profile and select "Delete my account"
- Confirm your deletion request when prompted
- Account deletion requests are processed within 5-7 business days
- You will receive confirmation once your account has been deleted
